Our Professional Futbol Club, FC TRIGLAV, travels the world (along with scouts from other major European clubs) to find top talented young players that may join our Residency Academy.

Because it is organized directly by our Professional Soccer Club, FC TRIGLAV.

Because we will select the best players during the event.

Because the best players may earn a spot in the TRIGLAV RESIDENCY ACADEMY.

Because you will find out how good you really are.

Every soccer player, aged 15 to 25 years old, willing to show his talent, earn a pro contract or get a roster spot in the Residency Academy.

Players will be required to attend all scheduled sessions including from the first day until to the last day of the Scouting Event.

Using FC TRIGLAV's football methodology provided by our UEFA licensed coaches and recruitment criterias provided by scouts from our European partner clubs, players will participate in:

- Physical fitness trainings

- Technical and tactical trainings

- Football intelligence trainings

- Tournament matches

- Interview session

- One-on-one session with scouts, if applicable

Our Scouting & Recruiting Team at FC TRIGLAV will come with a number of international scouts and coaches from major European clubs, including some of the top clubs in Italy, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and more. (1) FC TRIGLAV will select a number of players who will come to Europe to attend an Intensive Futbol Training at the TRIGLAV ACADEMY and participate in high profile showcase matches, with the potential of signing a professional contract with our 1st team, 2nd team or get a roster spot in our Residency Academy.

(2) The best of the best players during the Scouting Program may receive an offer (on the spot) to join a major club in Europe for a direct contract.

(3) A number of players may also receive an invitation for a pro football trial, to attend a Triglav Tournament, or a Residency Academy offer, with a club in Europe.

(4) Selected players will attend a one-on-one career discussion with a scout

(5) All players will receive a certificate of participation in the Scouting Event.

(6) Players may also receive a Scouting Report including an assessment of the player's level.
