The Triglav Residency Academy is an intensive football, study and sports program allowing players to improve their football skills while also excelling in academics. Players attending the Triglav's Residency Academy get a chance to become professional footballers with FC TRIGLAV, or with our 2nd Team, or with any of our partner clubs (in Europe), including in Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Serbia.

Age Group:

Every player, male, 15 to 25 years old, willing to upgrade his football skills.

All Positions (Goalkeeper, Sweeper, Center-Back, Right-Back, Left-Back, Defensive Mid-fielder, Attacking Midfielder, Left-Winger, Right-Winger, Center-Forward, and atriker)

The instructions at the football school will be in English.

Players who select the Full-Time Student package will attend school in Slovenia. There is also the possibility of a flexible online school curriculum, which may include academic programs offered by the University of Nebraska in the United States of America. In that case, Players will physically attend their online courses at Ludska Universa Kranj, which is a 10 min walk from the Stanko Mlakar Stadium and will be supervised by an academic tutor.

Our players are 24/7 under supervision by Triglav Academy and Residency staff. The players will always remain in the residency premises unless there are activities outside it and they are accompanied.

Visits are permitted with prior organization with the Triglav Academy Staff. Visits to the residence will have to be accompanied by the Triglav Residency Manager.

The players will only have permission to leave the premises with a relative or a friend with the written permission of the family at least 48 hours prior to leaving.

During players’ activities, the families will only be allowed to watch, if said activity is open to the public. Training sessions can be watched with prior permission.

We provide all the information and documents needed to get the visa, but the process has to be carried out by the student’s families through Slovenian embassies or consulates in their countries.
